Power is life force charge, collected and concentrated. Power flows along the path of attention. Wherever we hold our attention, there is our experience of life. Interviewed by Dr. Steven Farmer, Jade Grigori describes the difference between Power & Energy. Part 2 of this audio series, helps us to understand how we can apply the teachings from Part 1 for healing purposes, either personally or as a practitioner. Are we operating from a place of trauma? These charges of life force show us how we perceive the world around us. Jade then shares a way to transmute these traumas.
