What is a Psychopomp in Shamanic Practice?

by May 6, 2020

There are many possibilities for why a dying or deceased soul would need to be guided from the earth to the afterlife. In shamanic practice, this is one of the traditional jobs of the shaman. José provides explanations of this process and helps to answer the why, how, and what precautions are needed when working with death portals.

Thank you to Jose for sharing this information. I resonated with the information he shared and over the years have felt called to assist with several crossovers. I would like to receive more training around this service. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks again, Kim

Jose’s explanation of the dying process brings to light just how powerful an individual’s mindset/thoughts are, given that such a mental construct could hinder/obstruct the “separation” of the Soul Body from the Physical Body at the time of death.

It would seem to me that the “Primordial life source energy” that emanates life giving force would be able to power through any such obstruction which impedes the “cycle of life”. (Perhaps more persistent when “recorded” on a cellular level). What is being described here seems to be a “mental overlay” that filters/obscures, in part, the underlying/foundational Primordial Intelligence. (The power of “Intent“ comes to mind.)

The Vesica Pisces (portal) is illustrated throughout Sacred Geometry most notably within the 2D construct of the “Flower of Life”. Illustrating the Quantum Vacuum, Zero Point Gravity, or the Singularity. Suffice to say, “The Portal”.

From my own experience, it is common for Shamanic Practioners who have had near death experiences to be naturally adept with doing psychopomp work.
