A Selection of Daily Spiritual Practices

John, your story telling is engaging…I was pulled into your storyline as I followed your words with a curious anticipation as the path evolved with new revelations. Martha’s intuitive correlation with her Lakota ways reminded me of “All My Relations”.
Anecdotally, the “spiral” is the trajectory that Gaia follows as it soars through the Universe while orbiting the Sun. As well, the energy of “compassion” takes the form of a spiral from a Shamanic perspective. Much Gratitude.
Ahoohee! (many thanks)
Interesting shamanic lore, and Ireland and the British Isles are rife with ancient mysteries and practices. The spiral could have many meanings and applications, some of which have been lost. Shamans who travel the cosmos in their astral bodies in dreamtime know that they may be followed back into their physical bodies by malicious entities they picked up on their sojourns. They learned to return to their bodies in a spiral because those malicious followers travel in straight lines, and cannot navigate the curves in a spiral. Ireland’s spiritual history is checkered, and it informs us that Ireland was once ruled by a serpent or reptilian society known as the shining ones, [Els] from where we get words like Elf. Christians claim that St. Patrick drove out the serpent power with more powerful serpent powers produced by Constantine’s Christianity. Early Christians called themselves Ophites, who worshiped serpent power. The ubiquitous obelisk in its many forms is a universal symbol of serpent power which appeared following the last ice age in Turkey [Karahan Tepe, Gobekli Tepe], where our ancestors studied the night sky. They saw how the The Milky Way resembles a serpent circling the Earth, and which manifest as energy lines or ley lines, resulting in a grid of energy around our sphere. Why a grid? There are obelisks all over Sumer [[Iraq], the Land of Serpent Watchers, and in St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, as well as: London, Paris, Washington, and Ottawa, to show the world who’s really in charge of humanity. British geobiologist Rory Duff has been measuring and characterizing ley lines and the global grids they form, and his website is worth a visit.
