Together with my partner, Patricia, we established Soulful Sorrows—a platform that empowers through grief literacy and transformative healing practices. My background in emergency medical services and deep engagement with shamanic practices allow me to integrate traditional and modern therapeutic techniques. On our website, we promote grief healing workshops, host monthly grief circles on Zoom, and conduct personal shamanic healing sessions, helping individuals reconnect with their inner spirit and navigate their healing journey. I also host the Urban Grief Shamans podcast, exploring the interplay between urban life, grief, and shamanic wisdom and building a compassionate community for those seeking solace and strength during loss and transition.
