Tending to Political Fear and Anger

by Nov 30, 2023

This is a Shamanism Without Borders Call-to-Action

While there are many distinct political crises across the globe, one thing they all have in common is human emotions. Particularly, the feelings of fear and anger underneath the world’s ever-changing news feeds.  We will call in support and tend to the suffering caused by the fear and anger resulting from world political events.

Join Shamanism Without Borders Leader Rev. Cindy Pincus to create a virtual sacred circle for neutral tending of the suffering as a result of political fear and anger.

HOW TO PREPARE

Create a sacred ceremonial space where you will not be disturbed during the tending. You could create an altar, light a candle, drum or rattle along if you wish, or simply participate in the journey work.

Rev. Cindy Pincus

Cindy is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister and student of the Franciscan mystical tradition. She’s served as a Hospice Chaplain in the Denver/Boulder area. Services and trainings include shamanic healings, monthly teachings and workshops, and in-depth online courses in subjects such as shamanic forgiveness practices and energetic boundaries. Her professional training is as a wetlands ecologist, marine biologist, and finally on to theologian. She weaves these subjects together with Buddhist psychology, trauma-based healing theory, and the practice of offering blessing and prayer to support her clients, peers, and colleagues. She has completed the One-year, Basic Practitioner, and Advanced Practitioner Training programs with The Power Path School of Shamanism and blends these tools as a preacher, teacher, and healer. She is a member of Society for Shamanic Practice and is a Community Leader with SSP's Shamanism Without Borders Program. Her greatest teacher is, of course, the Earth herself and you will often find her in the Colorado Rockies snowshoeing and skiing during the winter, or walking the alpine tundra in the summer. www.kardialumina.com
