Just wanted to say that this article by ‘Spirit Teacher’ Jaime is the most poignant, profound, and poetic prose, praising the passage of the seasons I have ever had the pleasure to peruse.

Deep in it’s understanding of the Ways of Life and the Great Turning of this World, it washes my soul in the bliss of becoming beautiful in the bountiful teachings of the Blessings of Spirit.

Thank you, Master Jaime, for unfolding this wonderful, wise, and masterful message. It spoke the Truth as seen through the eyes of one who truly sees.

Thank you so much for this brilliant article! I was born on the Winter Solstice in 1955, a mixed race child born 3 weeks after Rosa Parks refused to give up that seat on the bus. Both parents walked away from me and by the time I was 6, I was on my 6th home. Raised by people who belonged to the dominant culture, I was taught that I was less than and thus undeserving of what the dominant culture was entitled to, so I should be grateful for what I got and never to expect more. It took me years and many different experiences to undo the majority of that misguided message (whose remnants I still find echoing around in my psyche at times). Halfway through my life, I sent myself to school and am now a physician and healer who seeks to validate every living soul I encounter with humor, love and acceptance along with whatever physical ailments they present. Being child of the darkest season, its taken me ages to appreciate its role in the cycle of creation. Thus this article could not have come at a better time! What a wonderful gift for my 70th birthday. I’ve appreciated shamanic wisdom ever since I discovered it, but never more than this moment. Blessings and gratitude!
