Let’s gather together to connect and honor Mama Earth. We will offer our deep gratitude for everything Mama Earth provides for us, and ask how we can help and support our beautiful Earth today and every day.

 

HOW TO PREPARE

Create a sacred ceremonial space in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. You could create an altar, light a candle, and have your shamanic tools nearby if you wish. You are welcome to rattle or drum along during the shamanic journey process.
