Join SSP Board President Jaime Meyer for a spring equinox ceremony honoring the East on the Medicine Wheel. Working with the direction of the East helps us bring renewed energy, inspiration, and new possibilities for all beings, human and others. As we travel to the East on the medicine wheel, we need openness, courage, and trust to help us release old attachments, fears and expectations. In this ceremony we will call on the powers of the East – optimism, curiosity, joy and creativity – to help us feed the new shape of things in us and in the world.
HOW TO PREPARE
Create a sacred ceremonial space in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed by other people or loud noises. You may want to make a small altar, light a candle, and have your drum or rattle available, as well as paper and pen if you like. Make sure your place is comfortable, and allow yourself to be fully present.
Thanks Jaime
That was a very beautiful and strong ceremony! ❤️ Love your digressions and stories that ‘spice’ up the thing 🙂
Blessings

Thank you, Jaime. I always learn something new in your ceremonies. I really liked the QiGong exercise and will include that in my own morning rituals.
Many thanks Lally and Jamie.
I’m a little late in watching, but none the less, it was super powerful. I love the way you think, the way you combine diverse knowledge into a wonderful picture of something that I can suddenly understand. I am so glad I chose to watch and am richer for it.
really loved this, thank you so very much Lally and Jamie. I really enjoy listening to Jamie’s recordings, especially Reindeer in our DNA, and whenever he includes a song to pass on. thank you.
Once again, Jamie thank you for your gift of this ceremony. You guide us so well to feel the presence of Spirit. I appreciate your effort to connect us through vivid imagery- like the tilt of Earth- a spinning top, and the metaphor of constant flow, change, shifting from imbalance to momentary balance…you make it so easy to experience what is essential.
