Join Shamanism Without Borders leader coordinator Mary Olivar for an autumn equinox ceremony honoring the West on the Medicine Wheel. Through song, visualizations, and prayer we will thank the spirit of the South for its support and blessings before we turn ourselves to the West. We will open ourselves to receive the gifts of the West, to release the old and create space for abundance, a good harvest, and creating a new dream for a harmonious future.
We suggest watching it the evening of Friday, September 22nd, but you can watch it anytime that day or the days around that.
HOW TO PREPARE
Create sacred ceremonial space in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed by other people or loud noises. You may want to make a small altar, light a candle and/or have your drum or rattle available, as well as paper and pen if you like. Make sure your place is comfortable and allow yourself to be fully present.
