Soul Retreival Surf Retreat

Soul Retrieval Surf Retreat combines the magic of Maui Surfer Girls Women’s Camps with yoga and daily shamanic healing practices that are grounded in modern psychology. Participants will enjoy surf lessons with Maui’s top-rated female surf instructors from Maui Surfer Girls, while the inner sessions will be led by therapists/shamanic practitioners Julia Hengst and Jane Woodward and yoga teacher/artist Cara Griffin. We welcome you to a week of peace, fun, adventure, deep healing of your soul and support for integration.

This retreat is about reconnecting to your power and to your body! It is ideal if you already have an idea of what your “issues” are but want tools to actively heal them. We will explore trauma but not dwell in it, focusing instead on how to repair and move forward using methods such as power retrievals, soul retrievals and extractions. In the presence of a warm, supportive community, nestled in Maui’s healing warmth, you will practice shamanic techniques to find and reclaim lost parts of yourself that have gotten stuck in the past. Become power-filled again. It’s in your nature!
