A rare opportunity to spend a week in a beautiful open-air environment, immersed in Shamanic practice, fascinating information and deeply transformative experiences with Jose, Lena and Anna in this powerful retreat at one of our favorite places on the planet, a small private rustic resort in Mexico.
The theme of “Aligning To The New Octave” is a crucial one for these times and will be unpacked, processed and digested over our time together. Old patterns include scarcity, deprivation, a fear of emotional connection, imbalance between the masculine and the feminine, and a great disconnection from spirit. These patterns, as well as ancestral and personal past life lineages, affect all areas of life: love, support, money, health, personal power, self esteem and confidence, and keep us entangled in the current octave of collective agreement.
The retreat will be rich in shamanic experiences to free ourselves up and move forward in a better alignment to manifest the future that we want.
We include an optional fun and festive whale watching and swimming excursion by catamaran, daily outdoor classroom, fire ceremony on the beach, a personal shamanic healing, morning chi gong with Jose, and plenty of beach, relaxation and community time. In addition to great teachings and life changing experiences, you will have plenty of free time to walk on the beach, swim in the ocean, kayak to a nearby cove, explore the jungle, hang out in a hammock, nap and visit with each other. Most of the class time will be held in a very large and exquisite yoga studio overlooking the ocean and all the chi gong with Jose will be on the beach!
