Hitting the gym may be part of your New Year’s resolution for 2020 BUT first, find out if that’s what you really need. In this exploratory workshop, you’ll reconnect to your true spirit and re-member the important aspects of your authentic self. Using sound and guided meditation, you’ll take a shamanic journey to meet up with your helping allies of spirit and animal guides, ancestors and other Divine beings who have always been by your side and only wanting the best for you. You’ll then use the information obtained on your journey to re-member who you were, who you are and create a plan or picture of who you want to be. No prior experience needed.
