This ceremony is offered live over video call, where you will be guided step by step through the full process in real time. This work translates powerfully through the screen, and many people find they are able to go even deeper in the comfort of their own space. In-person ceremonies are also available upon request.

Fire is one of the most ancient and powerful allies for transformation. In this private one-on-one candle ceremony, we work directly with sacred fire to consciously release what no longer serves you and ignite your highest potential life.

This is not simply symbolic. This is an experiential process that works through every level of your being—your thoughts, emotions, physical body, spirit, and the external circumstances of your life.

We begin by lighting the candle as the Big Bang of your new universe, establishing a living flame that represents your highest potential and full realization.

From there, we move step-by-step through each aspect of your being.

Using toothpicks as physical representations, you will identify and release limiting thoughts, emotional patterns, energetic blocks, and obstacles that have been holding you back. Each one is consciously offered to the fire and burned, allowing your nervous system and subconscious to experience real letting go—not just intellectually, but physically and energetically.

We use the sacred flame to gather and strengthen the qualities you choose to embody—clarity, confidence, purpose, trust, and alignment with your spirit. These intentions are amplified through the flame.

Evergreen incense is then used to seal in these blessings. These sacred plants have been used for centuries to cleanse, protect, and establish new energy. This step helps your system stabilize and integrate the new reality you are creating, so it’s evergreen.

Throughout the ceremony, I guide you in working directly with the fire as an ally, helping you anchor the identity, state, and direction of your highest potential self.
