About me

Vanessa Davis is a Shamanic Practitioner offering a donation based monthly Journey Circle and individual healing/teaching sessions in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

She completed her shamanic practitioner training with Howard and Elsa Malpas (Warrior in the Heart Foundation, Glastonbury, UK) in 2002 and went on to assist in these trainings until 2011 when she relocated to Salt Lake.  She is inspired by many teachers (there is a very long list) and continues to grow and develop her experience and skill.  She is a passionate advocate of healing through art and facilitates  dance and movement experiences.

Vanessa is an “Elder” council member and enthusiastic attendee of Ecstatic Dance, SLC and contributes shamanic ritual and journey experiences to  Shannon Simonelli Phd ‘s “Luminous Life Maps” (http://www.Luminouslifemaps.com/).

Prior to her move to Salt Lake, Vanessa incorporated shamanic practices in her work as Practitioner Psychologist/Systemic Family Therapist (NHS UK 2003-2011) up and until her “retirement” and relocation.
