Try the article titled “My Way on the Camno Santiago de Composela.” There are a couple photos in it of a walker on a road.
There is no article titled “Life is a Walk.”

Here are a set of journeys to support the millions of people who are migrants or asylum seekers. First journey back to ancient ancestors in early, very primal times when humans were migrating out of Africa and into the other parts of the world. Talk to them about what “home” means to them. Why do humans seek and need a place to call “home.” Then journey to a place where migrants or asylum seekers are currently encamped and offer them whatever support or meaning or encouragement they need in this time without a place to call “home.” See if there is some way you can give them a sense of home or help them understand their place in this long history of human migration.

When I encounter a spirit that I am unfamiliar with, I always ask my primary power animal and helping spirit to identify it for me. Sometimes I ask several of my usual spirit companions for their advice on working with a new or unfamiliar spirit.

In good weather I go outside. When it’s cold or stormy I stand at a window and look out. I have a set of prayers I use for each of the four directions and center. They are mostly about gratitude and help in living through the coming day to the best of my abilities. I always end with a variation on the psalm that says “this is the day created for us, so let us be glad and rejoice in it.”
