About me

A mental health counselor in Ohio, I have a strong sense of empathy and the gift of claircognizance.

I began training in shamanic journey in 2012, and after several years away from practice—while earning my masters and becoming licensed in counseling—I have found a teacher to guide me through the next phase, of integrating shamanic practices into the mental health profession.

I hope to offer writings, research,  and build an evidence base to offer those who have yet to experience shamanic practices for themselves.

I hope to teach shamanic journey to clients, lead healing groups in a community setting, and utilize soul retrieval in treating addiction, chronic depression, and PTSD.
