Every life has a challenge – every heart has an answer’. We each hold the answers to our own truth, health and happiness. Sometimes we need help navigating the body, mind, soul to find that truth. I’m a breast cancer survivor, mother, grandmother. I have spent over forty years exploring inner truth and well being. My mission is to pay forward all I have learned in this wonderful, crazy search. I have experience as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Suicide Prevention Coordinator, Massage Therapist, and HeartMath® Coach and Trainer. The connection with my higher self has been a primary focus for 73 years on this planet. I discovered Shamanic journeywork with Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman in 1993 and have been practicing core shamanic practices, along with other energetic teachings ever since. Using the drum, the heartbeat of the planet, is for me a meaningful way to connect to every part of the essence of All that surrounds us.
