Katie Heinrich

Katie has been practicing authentic shamanism for over a decade. She received training as a practitioner and healer from Tyrtle Rooker in Maryland. Her practice is rooted in the belief that our true teachers are in non-ordinary reality. She believes that our non-egoic helping spirits drive a cosmology that is both personal and effective. Katie’s typical healing approach is a co-creative and cooperative process between helping spirits, the client (human, plant, animal, place, etc) and herself. Her practice is largely influenced by Sandra Ingerman, Betsy Bergstrom, and Don Oscar Miro Quesada.

In addition to being a Pachacuti Mesa Carrier she is part of the 13th of Munay-Ki (Rite of the Womb) lineage and is available to pass this on to other women. She is an experienced Reiki Master and yoga teacher (e-RYT200/RYT500). She teaches basic shamanic skills, energy healing and the 8-limbed yoga of Patanjali.
