Deana Paqua

Deana Paqua is a Teacher and Practitioner of Cross-Cultural Energy Medicine and Contemporary Shamanism. The focus of her work today is in supporting Reiki and other Holistic practitioners and Energy Healers called to a Contemporary Shamanic spiritual and healing path, to grow their gifts and to be of greater service to their clients, the collective and Mother Earth. Deana’s personal Shamanic training includes many years of study in Core Shamanism, Peruvian and Equadorian (mostly Andean) mystical traditions, and working directly with various Q’ero elders, and the Tibetan healing traditions. Deana is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Tarot reader and family Herbalist, and has a Master’s Degree in Integrative Health & Healing. In addition to her private practice offering Sessions, Training Programs, Readings and Events, Deana has worked as Adjunct Professor at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT in the Department of Health Promotion & Public Health teaching courses in the Holistic Health curriculum including Cross Cultural Healing & Shamanic Practices.
