About me

My name is Dan, and I’m a wellness guy. A veteran Health Coach and Certified Naturalist who incorporates Nature Spirituality into wellness coaching. I’ve been in the field for 30 years. My own path is going well, and I love to talk with people who are struggling or stuck. An outside perspective is often helpful, regardless of whether you’re new to the journey, or a grizzled veteran.

So since you’re still reading, here are a couple things that I may be able to help you with:

  1. Wellness coaching (nutrition, exercise, health): I am well-known in the areas of Emotional Eating and Sugar Addiction.
  2. Getting your own shit together from a spiritual and stress management standpoint. I believe that is the clinical terminology 🙂
