About me

Cynthia Menard is a shaman, Reiki Master, energy medicine practitioner, and the owner of Inkwood Healing. Through Inkwood, she specializes in helping clients get to the root of their healing issues through energy healing sessions, shamanic body consciousness work, and classes.

Cynthia is a practicing Reindeer Shaman from a formerly extinct line of Nordic/Arctic shamans. She was connected with this lineage in a past life many millennia ago where she died during a test of strength in her shamanic initiation. Her then shamanic guardian and teacher became her maternal grandfather in this life and contacted her in 2022 – 30 years after his death – to bring her back onto the path of Reindeer Shamanism.

She was fully initiated at the end of 2022 and continues to train with her grandfather and their Reindeer Shaman lineage in the spirit realm. In the physical realm, she offers semi-public Reindeer Shaman ceremonies at her home in northern Massachusetts, and shamanic body consciousness work for her healing clients.
