I’m an Personal Transformation & Awakening Guide offering hypnotherapy, Reiki, and integrative healing sessions in Black Mountain, NC, serving clients across the Asheville area. I provide clients with the support and skills to allow them to heal, grow, and align with their purpose. My approach is primarily client-centered and integrative. I combine several different theoretical models (psychoanalytic, existential, solutions-focused, acceptance & commitment, cognitive behavioral) in a trauma-informed manner to support each individual. In our sessions, I will integrate several different complementary modalities – hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, shamanic practices, and energy medicine – in a personalized process that supports the whole person.
