About me

After working in community settings for 15 years I combine my previous skills, academic research and my recent meditation teachers certification to offer coaching and wellbeing programmes as well as energy work sessions, utilising an holistic approach to alternative medicine to help support emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

I am currently studying the Shamanic Practitioner qualification at the Edinburgh Shamanic Centre after completing my year one (walking the Shamans pathway) in 2024, The Guided meditation teacher qualification in 2023 and the Feather Stone Energy healing levels 1 and 2 in 2022.
