Tune-In for Tending to Armed Conflict
October 19, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm MDT
FreeShamanism Without Borders (SWB) is offering a format and a way for those of you who wish to participate and engage with us in tending practices to be able to do so remotely. SWB Tune-ins.
For the Tune-in we will all gather remotely, separately, but together in spirit at the same time and send supportive energy to the situation we are tending to. Not a zoom call, just separately but together in spirit.
Please join us at 4:00 PM Mountain Time on Thursday, October 19th to do a Tune-in for Tending to Armed Conflict.
Wars continue to erupt around the world. These armed conflicts are devastating to the soldiers – and to every being who lives in or around the affected region.
Listed below are a few of the major conflicts around the world:
Russian – Ukrainian war
Civil wars in Ethiopia, Syria & Somalia
Israeli – Palestinian war
Let’s tune in to one or more of these conflicts. Let’s drop into a neutral space and ask how we can help foster peace and balance and non-violent communication instead of war.
We will be using the Shamanism Without Borders process of working together in a virtual circle with shamanic tools from a neutral place of non-judgment, to see how we may be of service to those who are suffering. Join Nancy Lankston, SWB leaders and community members in drumming to support those suffering from this conflict.
Create sacred ceremonial space in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed by other people or loud noises. Set up a small altar, light a candle, and use your drum, rattle or sing with us.
We will drum for about 30 minutes, and you can drum longer as you wish.
We will focus on those suffering from armed conflict.
