ACTIVATING SACRED LEADERSHIP
TUESDAY, AUGUST 11 @ 1-2PM MDT | COST: FREE
These days the many shortcomings of leadership are evident at nearly every level— personal, organizational, governmental and planetary. Patriarchal paradigms are no longer working and new possibilities are emerging for a more sacred way of leadership, one informed by Spirit and balanced between the feminine and masculine ways of being.
First and foremost we must each be leaders unto ourselves, and for this Call to Action led by Megan Theoret, we will start with tending to our own relationship to leadership. We will clear out old patterning and make way for each of us to step into our next level of personal leadership in service to Spirit. We will also tend to the collective wounding around leadership and follow whatever guidance we receive to empower a new archetype of Sacred Leadership for our planet.
What is SWB?
- Shamanism Without Borders (SWB) is a global response network of shamanic practitioners who tend to traumatic events and natural disasters.
What does an SWB process look like?
- Establish what requires tending.
- Open, protect and call allies into the container.
- Journey from a place of neutrality for instructions.
- Tend to the situation based on the information given.
- Bless what was tended.
- Thank and release the container.
What tools are recommended to use during a process?
- We suggest being in a ceremonial space, setting up an altar and lighting a candle.
- Any tools you already work with. Drum, rattle, feathers, tobacco, crystals, etc.
How can I continue the tending process or receive additional support?
- Feel free to continue connecting through our member’s forum.
