Sacred Temple of Scripture: Teaching, Guided Practice, and Sound Bath

July 6th: Tonight we’ll discuss how Sophia – the Spirit of Wisdom – shows up in the scriptures. She is the voice of the beloved in Song of Songs, the one crying out to the lost in Proverbs, and the Ruach and Shekinah breath of life in the Hebrew Scriptures. Come join us for this life-giving, life-sustaining theological adventure into the Spirit of Sophia
Join me for a twice-monthly teaching series to reclaim and remember the scriptures as they were meant to be. We’ll use better translations from the original Greek and Aramaic languages, explore the context of what was actually happening at the time, bring in shamanic and Christ consciousness wisdom to understand the real meaning of prophetic words, and explore human psychology and how to heal our neuroses through scriptural companionship. Together we can reopen and dwell within the sacred temple of scripture; a place with no walls, no roof, no floor, and nothing but the pure frequencies of wisdom, grace, love, and awe. Not to mention the many enlightened masters who call that temple their home.
Each teaching will be followed by a guided meditation to practice the healing techniques found in the scripture. We’ll finish with a singing bowl sound bath.
