November Psychopomp Circle

This circle is free, and you don’t have to be a shamanic practitioner to participate. We meet monthly to help people, animals, and plants transition to the other side of life. The specifics of where and for whom we do the work changes each month.

This month’s intention will be a pet peeve of mine, so to speak, since it’s my birthday month. We will journey to help people who have died in the name of religion. Whether that be voluntary martyrs like Thomas More in the 1500’s, or victims of religious persecution like the women of the Salem witch trials, or young people burned to death in Gaza, too many people have died horrible deaths at their hands, or the hands of others, in the name of some twisted version of God. I am hard pressed to think of many things more deadly than religious fanaticism.

I am holding this circle on a Saturday afternoon instead of Friday evening to give international participants a chance to attend at a reasonable hour! Please bring a notebook if you’d like to write down your experiences. We will also have the chance to share our experiences at the end of circle. Sharing is welcome but not mandatory!
