In Pursuit of Joy – A Shamanic Lenten practice

“From joy people are born; for joy they live; in joy they melt at death.” – Yogananda

Joy is for everyone, no exceptions. And yet it’s so hard to come by. So much can get in the way of our joy; overfull schedules, physical and emotional pain, sheer social media overwhelm, you name it.

This Lent, join Rev. Cindy and Clairvoyant Counseling to explore how joy can become a path to Spirit.  Though Lent is often considered a time of deprivation (don’t eat that chocolate!) it’s actually about removing everything that would separate us from the love of Spirit, i.e. joy!

Joy itself is also one of the most powerful tools in the shamanic toolbelt, no matter what tradition you call home.  We’ll be exploring joy from a Christ Consciousness perspective, but the teachings are universal and useful for all shamanic practitioners.
