Energy Essentials for Practitioners – Late Spring

Shamanic practitioners who are empathic and highly sensitive to energy face additional challenges when working with dark or heavy energy. Out of necessity, we must train ourselves to create strong, clear energetic boundaries in order to avoid taking on energy that could be detrimental to our well-being. This class is a pre-requisite for upcoming workshops, including the Ancestral Healing Practitioner Program. It is also appropriate for energy workers to who routinely encounter dark and heavy energy in their practice and wish to work with it safely.

This experiential class teaches energy hygiene skills for shamanic healers who do compassionate depossession, curse unraveling, and ancestral healing:

* the importance of grounding
* the Recipe, a four-part technique to start the day aligned and protected
* the concepts of neutral compassion and sovereignity
* working with a gatekeeper and body protector power animal
* luminous body armor
* healthy energetic boundaries with heavy energy and suffering beings
