Beginner’s Level – 8 Week Online Series – Ways of Jin Shin Harmony

Right in our very own hands we have the power to help ourselves. Energy Medicine Ways have existed as long as we have. This 8 week series of live online classes via Zoom, created with beginners in mind, focuses on 26 main Energy Harmonizing Locations on our bodies. Each week we will aim to become acquainted with 3 or 4 of these Reset Energy Spheres through discussion and hands on experiences. Sally Joyce, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner for 30+ years will assist you to learn and remember that we can take on a much bigger role in maintaining and improving our health, well being, and overall quality of life.
