The earth is beckoning for new dreams, new ideas, new ways of being. The stars, the prophesies and our deepest knowing are all telling us that now is the time to create. A new world is possible, but not without our help.

In my own quest to answer these questions, one thing has come clear. How we create is as important as what we create. A new world has to be created in a new way. A way that starts from a place of listening.
Listening to Spirit.
Listening to the Earth.
Listening to the Truth of our own Sacred Hearts.
In January of 2021, I offered a shamanic creativity cleanse to make space for deep listening and exploring questions like these.
The cleanse was originally envisioned and facilitated as a gentle Cacao diet, supported by the four elements of air, fire, water and earth– the four building blocks of Creation.
Over the last four years, a growing community has participated in this journey at annual intervals, in the freshness of each New Year. The cleanse has continued to evolve, and as its facilitator I have continued to apprentice to what it is, and what it wants to be.
This year I’m excited to be expanding the container to have a new plant teacher as our guide – the beautiful medicine of Wild Rose.
Wild Rose, like Cacao, is a medicine of the heart. Yet she carries her own unique frequency, power and teachings. If Cacao is a gateway to the Middle World of the heart, you might say that Rose opens the door to the Upper Room.
When she first came into my life, I wasn’t open to her. I couldn’t see her.
But patiently she stood by. And slowly, slowly I have come to recognize her as one of the greatest teachers of all.
Rather than taking my word for it, I hope you’ll consider joining this year’s cleanse and start your own relationship with Wild Rose, or deepen one that already exists.
We’ll be working with Rose in partnership with the four elements to guide us into relationship with Creation, to help us attune to the call of our hearts, and anchor into a higher calling for the year ahead.
