  Thanks, that was helpful! Actually, I have recently started seeing a Shamanic practitioner. She seems helpful! Had a few healing sessions with her! And said always try to get 20mins sunshine each day! And try and connect to the sunshine more, to bring healing! Am studying a bit of Reiki too!
