Kyrre Franck

Kyrre Franck

Kyrre Gram Franck is the founder of the Shamanic Association of Norway (established in 2012) and a central figure in revitalizing ancient nature-based traditions for modern society. Deeply rooted in his North Sami heritage, Franck draws on his indigenous background to advocate for environmental sustainability, cultural preservation, and spiritual connection. Under his leadership, the association gained official recognition as a religious denomination, effectively overturning a 300-year-old historic ban on the shaman drum. Known for his down-to-earth philosophy that views shamanism as a lifestyle of balance and respect, Franck also launched the global World Drum Project, an initiative using the drum as a symbol of unity to bring diverse cultures together to drum for planetary healing and peace.

This was a lovely insight into the people on this planet and draws reverence from me in how people in touch and in tune with all around them feel so much more whole, present, and, well, attuned. Thank you for your contribution to this group of people and to us.
