SWB Community Call-to-Action Event: Tending to Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a country at the crossroads of Central and South Asia. It is bordered by Pakistan to the east and south; Iran to the west; Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan to the north and China to the northeast. People have been settling here for at least 50,000 years.

After two decades of occupation, the United States has withdrawn troops from Afghanistan. As US troops leave Afghanistan, much uncertainty and fear will follow. We will tend the suffering of those who need help in Afghanistan by the US occupation and now withdraw from this land. Joan Levergood will guide us through this tending using the Shamanism Without Borders process of working with shamanic tools from a neutral place of non-judgment.
