After the quest, you will be invited to share the thoughts and actions received, and how these gifts will be used to help you right now in reaching your goals.
Do bring with you notebooks for journalling, pens and coloured pencils, comfortable clothes for journeying as there will be some drumming meditations and blankets and yoga mats will be supplied or you can sit and journey.
