We live in a time of an immense, tumultuous shift in human consciousness. Many of us are tired of being bogged down in the pessimism and ire and want to call in actual spiritual transformation. Many of us want to take on life affirming practices that bring wonder, awe and love of life into our daily life. Learning ideas and philosophies is not enough. We must take on practices to change our relationship with the life force itself.

This course is an invitation to step into an ancient Celtic experiential framework of human identity. By reclaiming the indigenous perspective of our Celtic ancestors, we re-discover a profound truth: You did not come into the world; you came out of it (as Alan Watts famously said). You are not standing on the land; you are woven directly from it.
At the heart of this dive into Celtic Shamanism are two extraordinary medieval Irish texts: the Saltair na Rann (“Psalter of the Quatrains”) and the Lebor Brecc (“Speckled Book”). Though transcribed and altered by medieval monks, these writings preserve an indigenous, deeply poetic vision of human creation.
The core teaching is profound yet simple: we are woven from nine cosmic elements—including the Sun, Wind, and Flowers. We do not possess a soul that dropped into existence from somewhere else; rather, we are soul, manifested through these nine sacred forces. We are the wind that sings through us and the stones that remember the first Creation.

Alongside working with these nine sacred elements, you will learn ancient ways to activate the powers of what the Irish call Imbas (sacred inspiration) and the Welsh call Awen (the flowing spirit). You will also learn the seven core tenets of Celtic shamanism. Together, we will map the ancient Celtic structure of the cosmos.
