Removing Energy Blocks and Restoring Flow
We all develop blocks and restrictions in our energy flow and circuits due to stress, trauma, and illness. Sometimes these manifest as physical illness, sometimes as fatigue, insomnia, emotional unease, or mental anxiety, to name just a few symptoms.

In this class, you will learn how to clear energy blocks with the help of spirit allies. Learn classic basic extraction methods found in indigenous cultures around the world.

You will learn to work with divine light and energy to heal and not to use any of your own personal energy in the process. This is important so that the healer can maintain their vitality!

Learn about the light pathways of the human body and how to restore energetic flow through the central channel and into the seven major chakras. Learn practices, including working with the power of rainbow light, that you can use on yourself to keep yourself healthy and vital as well as healing practices to use on others.

Please have for the class a clear quartz crystal with a point on only one end (not both ends) that you can hold in your hand, which will be dedicated to extraction work. Please also have a pendulum, preferably of quartz crystal, that you can use for diagnosis purposes. Please clear the energies of these crystals before coming to class by holding them under running water and placing them outside or in a window under the moon or starlight.

This class may be taken individually or as part of the Shamanic Light Healer Apprenticeship Program that runs from October 2025 through June 2026. A discount is available when registering for all the October through June classes. All classes will be offered through Zoom, with weekend programs also having the option to attend in person at Circles of Wisdom in Methuen, MA.
